Costas Charalambous’ involvement with SBE dates back several years to his partnership with Sam Nazarian in the management of Nazarian’s highly successful restaurant and nightclub properties. Currently, Charalambous adroitly oversees the nightly operations of SBE’s nightclubs, including the management of security, payroll, special events and cost controls.

Prior to joining SBE, Charalambous established an international reputation as an entrepreneur and health fitness expert. Credited with pioneering the health and fitness industry in his native Greece, he founded his own nutritional supplement importing company and forged strategic alliances with other fitness outlets in Greece for product distribution. Charalambous then expanded his concept to include a training facility and retail outlet, which revolutionized Greece’s fledgling fitness industry.

A veteran of the Greek Army’s elite Cypriot Navy Seal division, Charalambous also holds a degree in Kinesiology from Long Beach State University.
